Tesco Light Choices Garlic Mushroom Pasta 400g chilled

Anyone know the syns for this (it's 400 cals per box). Be really grateful for any help. TIA!

I can find garlic & mushroom pasta that *isn't* light choices (12-14syns/pack) and loads of Light choices pasta (2.5-6.5/pack) but not Light choices garlic & mushroom. You got the nutritional info there?

Thanks so much for helping out Ermintrude. The nutritional values are per 400g:

Cals = 400
protein = 20g
carbohydrate = 56g
fat = 10.8g
(of which saturates = 4g)
fibre = 7.6g

I get 8 Syns per package/portion on Green/EE, that's including pasta, fresh, uncooked as a Free Food
