Can anyone please advise?
I have a 400g pack of the above - bought from chiller section and I froze it. Trying to work out the syn value. I put it into the calculator and it came up with 22 syns on green OMG!!!!!!!! but on the Syns Online section of SW there are 2 listed - LC Lasagne 400g chilled = 10syns on green, LC Lasagne 400g frozen = 5syns..........
so which one is it? any advice please?
