Tesco Meatballs

Standard pack of 20 fresh beef meatballs - i've thrown the packet away as i've frozen them for stews etc .. anyone give me a ball park syn value?

the only ones I found were tesco beef meatballs, 12 pack, chilled, 28g each, = 2.5 syns on red/ee or 4 syns on green
