What's the syn value for 4 balls??
It doesn't say anywhere if its 20% etc. Pack says it has 3 servings. So 4 balls per person.

I like to make my own I find the slimming world ones have a bit of a fake meat texture if that makes sense I dice up onion add what ever spices sometimes chilli mix with 5% lean mince an roll in to balls

Ooooo thats high!!! I love meatballs .... I think i'd be happy with 3 .. so thats 7.5 and then 3 syns for 100g spag bol sauce .. 10.5 i'd be happy to use on that meal .. the other two meals are free!! Thank you .. I think in future though I will make my own!
