Tesco rice

    Hi can you tell me if Tesco boil in the bag basmati rice is free on ee? I was under the impression it was and have eaten a whole bag :eek:

    Check the ingredients list. Does it have oil in it? Some prepared rice does. If so, it may have some syns.

    It's not prepared rice though - just dry rice in a plastic bag that you pop in a pan of boiling water to cook

    No veg or fruit, just egg fried rice and chicken!

    Unfortunately that wouldn't count as a good EE meal then as you didn't have any superfree foods. :(

    Sorry - misunderstood. I thought it was cooked rice. Which I wouldn't have thought if I had read the original post properly!!!
