Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me the syns in the following (EE day):

Typical Values per 100g

7.9g Protein
15.1 Carbohydrate
(2.5g sugars)
3.0g Fat
(0.5g saturates)
1.3 g Fibre

Free foods are chicken and noodles.

I would also like to know the syns on this product. Working it out per calories it works out at around 11 syns but i assume u can take quite a bit off for the chicken/noodle and salad in it.
