How much difference is it going to make if I use semi skimmed milk instead of skimmed milk with the shakes? Thy taste so much better when they're thicker! But don't know if it's just pointless unless I use skimmed milk?

Its not going to be VLCD/Ketosis with either you should be using water for mixing the shakes, which VLCD shakes you using?

If your not in ketosis your going to be a lot more hungry, I know its hard work but if your not doing it right your making it a lot harder.
    good luck hun x

Use water and add a sprinkle of psyllium husks. Thickens the shakes up nicely.
