tesco value noodles? syn value?

I had a pack of tesco instant noodles earlier, chicken flavour, they are 15p a pack, and are super yummy, would anyone on here know the syn value? I like to have them as a meal sometimes when its too hot to cook, I'm hoping they aren't really high in syns

If its a 65g pack, the app says 5.5 syns per pack!

Yep, 65g! Thank you not to bad at all! Definately worth the syns, so versatile and could be flavoured with all different things. I'm a happy girl now xx

I'm pretty sure you can get some which are syn free - think they have low fat on the packet, possibly batchelors?

Try Lidl asian egg noodles, they come in a brick shape pack. These are cheap and SW free, just use a couple of chicken oxo to replace the missing seasoning sachet

Instant noodles are fried in palm oil hence the syns. SW don't make it abundantly clear in the book when noodles are mentioned!

Low fat super noodles are syn free I believe?

Yep the low-fat versions don't contain palm oil so they are free. The normal super noodles do contain palm oil though, and are 10 syns per pack!
