Tesco value noodles

Hi does anyone know the syns in tesco value noodles? The cheap ones? On a green day and if they have points do u think skipping the seasoning and using curry powder or something instead will make them free? X thank u in advance x

As long as you don't use the seasoning I think they should be free

You need to be careful with these - they are not necessarily free withut the flavouring sachet as some noodles have added oil.
