Tesco Yoo Yoghurt..far free = syn free????

Hi all,

Long tiome since Ive posted, but I eat a lot of yogurts (syn free mostly) and get bored so when I saw Tesco had started a new Fat free range I got excited but thought I best check if they are syn free!

They are the Yoo Fat Free yoghurts by tesco, any info peeps???

Yeo Yogurt..fat free? I have always assumed is syn free

Hey nothing online about their syn values, maybe too new. Would be cautious though as the maybe fat free but the sugar content maybe quite high which will bump up the syn value. If you cold get the nutritional info could have a better idea that way xx

They are a new range called Yoo, come in fat free, layered, no bits yoghurt and ones like crunch corners. I know all but fat free will mostly likely be heavy on syns. Will get nutritional info for fat free and post asap!!

it says they are 6 syns

All apart from the toffee are 2 syns! Toffee is 2.5 syns! They are in the latest issue of the slimming world magazine!
