Tesco YOO yogs...

am i right in saying 'fat free' in syn free?? the new yogs at tesco called YOO so lush and says fat free on them was wondering if they were syn free, bit like the muller ones really but nicer xxx

No unfortunately fat free does not necessarily mean syn free. The yoghurt may be fat free but have sugar in it instead of sweetener. The yoo ones range from a couple of syns upward I think. Check out the syn free yoghurt sticky above for alternatives to mullerlights

i also cant find syn free cottage cheese anywhere does any1 no where to find it, i go to asda and tesco x

Both asda good for you and tesco healthy living cottage cheese are free as are some of the flavoured ones. If you do a search on thos forum you will find lots of threads about cottage cheese
