tesco's skinny mousse

Anyone seen the new mousse? is it dukan friendly?

two variants, Chocolate with less than 80 kcals and Caramel with less than 50 kcals. Both are low in fat, sugar and carbohydrates

I cant find any more stats on it just yet though

I've not seen it but probably not Dukan friendly I'm afraid. LOW fat is not fat free... etc etc. If we can't even have most fat-free flavoured yoghurt then any other desserts will probably off the menu too. Sorry :-(

You're better off making your own baked custards and sweetening your plain yoghurt...

that is very true! i will see if i can find some in tesco and post the info on it over the weekend but i bet you are right
