Tetras weekly weigh In & Plan

Monday 14th September

Well its my first weigh in so it was a bit of a shocker


My plan is to follow WW points and to make sure I only eat low fat. My exercise plan ins

Monday - Gym in the morning
Tuesday - Evening Step Class
Wednesday - Gym then a swim in the morning
Thursday - Gym then a swim in the evening
Friday- Gym
Sat & Sunday - rest days

I am also ditching the car for the school runs!

My first target is to get to 175lbs by 19th October.
My Second target is to be 161lbs by December 5th (Bridesmaid dress)
My Third target is to be 147lbs by March 1st (My wedding dress fitting)

I am 100% focused on following this plan and to reach my goals. Im sick of hating my body and im sick of feeling im not good enough for certain things. I want to feel so happy and positive on my wedding day and hnot look back wishing I had stuck to my plan. I WILL STICK TO IT!

secondly your plan is good and if you dont get to the goal exact just keep trying i think lil steps are vital in any plans...

Well done on getting your plan and your focus sorted...the fact thats in paper will help. Try printing it off and using a ticklist type of attitude so you know what to work towards :)
