B: Chopped tomatoes & mixed beans on toast (HEB)

L: Couscous, banana, yoghurt

D: Home made quorn chilli with brown rice (cheese on top HEA)

S: Apple, Hi fi bar (HE B), Low fat yoghurt, snack a jack (syns), mini milk (1.5 syns)
E: Walk to/from work & walk dog
W: 2 litres

B - fat free activia yoghurt mixed with half tub quark, melon
Snack - Hi Fi Bar - 'B' extra
L - Beef, carrot, cucumber and tomotoe
Snack - x 2 Ryvita - laughing cow light and marmite (A and B Choice)

no syns decided yet - or my tea as I need to shop at lunchtime

exercise - 20 mins powerplate - 30 mins run - 45 mins cycle ride to the pub tonight!
