Hi made a thai green curry last night nd it was beautiful so thought i would share the receipie

i got it off the philidelphia advert

1 onion
1 pepper
Chicken breast 165g-2.5 pts
142ml skimmed milk-0.5 pts
30g extra light phili(double it if making more) 0.5

stir fry onion and chicken for 6-8 mins
add in peppers until softern
add milk and philidelphia
simmer till thickens

this was 4 pts but obviously if your making it for more then increase the point value

add rice for an extra 3 pts
