Found this recipe on the philadelphia cheese website. Ive just made it and it is really nice. The philadelphia is a good subsitiute for coconut milk to make the sauce really creamy. Just need to wait for the coconut essense to arrive to make it even better!
One thing I would say is use more milk than the recipe says. I made this for one and used 5 tablespoons of semi skimmed, but then I like a lot of sauce

I also added some lime juice and fish sauce
