Thank God for the Bars

End of Day 3 and I was really struggling tonight, headache,hunger,cravings +++.

I had one more food package left and had a Bar [yes I know I should have waited till Day 4]. I was just so desperate for something solid. It did the trick, kept the wolf's from the door.

Can someone answer a quick question. I noticed the Bar I had [peanut crunch] was 198 cal. I thought each package was supposed to be approx 120. Don't the people who opt for the Bars take in more daily cal's ?.

The reason you can only have 4 shakes/soups in the first 3 days is because its lower calories than adding a bar into the mix. So it puts you into ketosis a bit faster. Thats the reasoning behind no bars for the first 3 days I think.
