I've just had a lovely brunch with 2 sausages (2 syns each), 3 pieces of bacon (fat removed), some tinned tomatoes, a baked flat mushroom and 2 pieces of toast - yum yum. Oh, and a tsp of ketchup for good measure. Yay for frylight!

A big cheer for frylight! I love the stuff, I use it when I fry anything for the family, much healthier and easier to clean the pan after .

Apparently, You can make your own, one part oil to ten parts water then put it in a spray bottle

i love frylight too! i use it all the time now for all the family, everyone prefers fried eggs using it now! x

I love it too.... fry-ups, stir-frys, etc..... It was a life saver at camping this weekend! One camping stove, one large frying pan, one bottle of fry-light and you can make almost anything!!
