welldone on increasin the water..im however still havin a prob increasing it. im still havin 2 ltrs and gettin up 4-5 times in the night which really disturbs my sleep n since ive started lt have bad dark circles now. i usually do stop drinkin an hr before bed time but it hasnt helped. any ideas or tips to help me?
I currently have water, water everywhere.
I have a plastic bottle 500mls that is following me everywhere. Everytime i get a hunger pang so even slightly thirsty I have a drink. Also while drinking the shakes I seem to have a drink of shake then 1 of water. This is because I'm still not overjoyed at the taste of them!!

I'm also drinking cos my mouth feels furry which is a good thing cos the diets working, but yuk!!!

Keep going we can do this!!!
Well done Classy and what a lovely positive post.

I find I get thirsty if I don't drink 4L a day and still get up at 5am for a wee! Wibbly, your body will get used to the water so hopefully you will only get up once or twice a night. I know what you mean though, I haven't slept as well either, which isn't too bad at the mo coz I'm off with the children but when they are back at school it is going to be harder. Try going to bed earlier and when you do get up for a wee don't put any lights on if possible, I never do and it really helps me get back to sleep quicker afterwards (though try not to fall asleep on the loo!!!!!!!!)
