    Just thought i'd give you a quick update after my feeling pants day the other day...

    Had my wi today and have lost another 3.6lbs! :happy036: I'm sooooo pleased and relieved all in one as my head was totally not in it over this last week.

    I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support when i needed it the other day, you're all amazing and i really appreciated the kind words when i needed them most! :)

    I've even been back to the gym today for the first time in ages n ages and couldn't believe how much easier it feels doing a little jog minus almost 3 stones! Didn't do too much, a few resistance weights n a walk/jog on a slight incline but feel so good for going... Think my legs are going to fall off though! :eek: :rotflmao: xx
