I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone on this site. I stumbled across it unintentionally and thank goodness I did. Have just reached my target weight after trying to loose my baby weight ( the baby is now 9 ?!). I know I wouldn't have managed without all the tips, tricks, support and recipes. I go to class but get so much more from you all! Xxxx

Only taken 9 years lol!! Tried every diet under the sun. Thank God for SW! Just need to maintain without sabotage!

He he he .... my boy is 7 now, lol .... and i only hit target in Dec .... maintaining is as easy as pie .... and if you do find you put a bit on, you can always address it easy enough xx
