    Hi all, thanks a lot for all your support. have not had a great day today to be honest - biscuits! however, having read all your posts i feel a bit better and yeah i will try again tommorrow, cos i know this is a learning process and have to stick with it and change a decade of bad habits. onwards and upwards lol:)

    I agree! start a long term diary if you'd like somewhere to chat or vent or whatever. I use mine to keep a track of what Im eating and to moan haha xxx
