Hello! After 16 weeks of Exante I am having a break for my holidays.
I still cannot quite believe that I have stuck to it for four months, and also cannot quite believe that I have lost a total of over 7 stone.
I just wanted to thank all my fellow Exante dieters who have taken the time to read and reply to my posts, and for all the words of encouragement and support. Having this forum definitely helped me stay focused and TS all the way. there is no doubt that without it, and you, my journey would have been a much harder and very lonely one.
Keep up the hard work and good loses. I will be back on Exante and back on here first thing on the morning of Sunday 13 May!
