I have been on this diet since beginning of October this year and I am pleased to say that I have lost 16lb in 4 weeks! It hasn't been a hardship either and I have pretty much stuck to the calorie allowance and water intake.
I have had a few days where I have eaten out or went to friends' houses for a meal and I must say, even then I have managed to resist massive portions, ones that I would gladly scoff without question before the diet!
Anyway, this post is for any of you out there who are considering this diet. Yes, it is costly but the pros outweigh ('scuse the pun!) the cons big time!
P.S. I am not a diet freak, btw. I am no expert in other diets but this is this easiest one by far!
