I watched The Biggest Loser the other day, i think it was the second episode. I watched it with my brothers and sisters and had to hold the tears back. xx

I only 'discovered' it last week so missed the first few weeks. Never actually watched the US version before but I think it's tonnes better than the UK one, maybe because each show is longer so you feel like you're getting to know the contestants more? Loving the mega-suspense at weigh in too!

I find it really motivating...... actually, any 'slimming', 'dieting' type programme really. Loving Fat Families at the moment too, does anyone watch this?
