Hi
I'm considering doing the 15 day Body Reset Diet which claims to reset your metaboliam and you can lose up to a stone in 15 days. The diet consists of three phases, each lasting 5 days. Phase 1 - Smoothies and snacks, Phase 2 - Smoothies, snacks and one meal, Phase 3 - Smoothie, snacks and two meals.
Has anyone tried this? Just wanting to know how hard it is before I splash out on the book. What are the smoothies like?
