Its the co-operative healthier choice natural yogurt, I know its got syns in it, just trying to work out if I want to use it or make my own sauce:

Nut Info as follows:

Per 100g
kj: 340
kcal: 80
protein: 5.7
Carbs: 8.2
Fat: 2.7

Pack size 500g

I got it to 4 syns per 100g....

You havent entered yoghurt as a Free Food so its just calculating at 1 syn per 20 calories. Yoghurt as Free makes it:
5 Syns per 500g pot
