For some reason, all this snowy cold weather is making me crave some rubbish food!! I'm snowed in and I really want a hot chocolate and some biscuits and make a curry or something else filling and warm!

    Is anyone else like this?

Low serotonin, I suppose - that must be what does it. No blooming sunlight = low serotonin levels. Makes you feel blue.

Eating carbs causes a rush of serotonin, hence you feel better. For about ten minutes until the guilt sets in, that is.

Definitely not easy doing this diet this time of year. :sigh:

I have been making homemade soups and I would so love some bread with real butter to go with them.
