The diary of a coffee and food addict

I have decided to start this diary to keep an eye on my food intake at all that.

I have 5 stone to lose and I seem to have been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds for weeks. I am also currently struggling with my sweet tooth.

Breakfast/ Morning
Coffee and semi skimmed milk (3)
aqua aerobics (1 hour)
Walk dog (45 minutes)

Lunch
2 egg custard tarts from tesco (486 calories or about 24 syns)

Snack
Apple

Dinner /evening
Chicken breast
Small wholewheat roll
12 low fat home made chips

Belly dance (2 hours)

Snack
3 cups black coffee

My current sweet addiction is egg custard tarts can you imagine a chocolate version..

I even dreamed about them last night and it's a sad state of affairs. So today I will try resist.

I cancelled my Zumba this morning so will have to go to gym later. Laziness is winning the fight today and my butt remains firmly parked in bed until I was forced to walk the dog. Since I then had to stop at the shop on the way back with said dog those pesky egg custards climbed into my basket and followed me home.

Breakfast
Kellogg's super porridge (HeB or 125 calories)
Walk dog (50 mins) tried to listen to Paul McKenna gastric band thing but I didn't feel relaxed enough picking up dog poop

Lunch
1 egg custard tart (12 syns or 243 calories)
3 cups of coffee with a dash of skimmed milk
