Take a look at this web site for 'The Diet Plate' - it looks like a good idea, but I don't think you would get many free veggie's on it and it's pretty expensive too.....

    What do you think?

Its a nice idea, but personally I wouldnt bother due to the price! I work on the principle that you stop when you are full rather than the need to eat to stuffed!

My old SW group went to a local ceramics cafe, like this one http://www.ceramicscafe.com/CeramicsCafe/Home.html where you can paint your own plate!
The SW consultant made a very professional looking plate to use when following Success Express, ie. with 2/3 of the plate sectioned off for plenty of veg and all in red and green!
Good fun and if you have kids, they'll love it too!

My friend and I both bought one each but neither of us have used it properly, bit of a gimic thing really. The only way it has helped me is in the fact its smaller than my normal plates!

Personally for the price I don't think its worth it. x

I agree with lentil2... go to a local pottery painting place.. and do your own.. much cheaper and it's more personal

I bought one of these a couple of years ago, the plate isn't great as its more about the amount of calories in the meal. Ive used the Diet Breakfast Bowl since I bought it, I thought it was ok to measure my cereal for SW but for 6 months I was actually having around 40g odd rather than 28g. That'll teach me for not measuring! They're not really ideal to go with SW.
