I came off LT in December as i was SO cold all the time.... It got ridiculous..... I have lost some healthy eating... but my losses really slowed.... have been thinking of going back on it but knew i wouldn't stick to it!!!! As i've started running and i love it... but knew that the cals on LT would not be enough!!!
This seems like a great option..... The security of TFR but still lots of variety and a bit of protein and veg.... Bliss!!!!
