Breakfast - orange, WM square (HexB), boiled eggs, Black tea
Lunch - cottage pie topped HexB for potatoes, with cheese HexA, broccoli & asparagus in coconut oil ( 6 syns), Red pepper
Snack - Apples, banana, 6 cups of tea ( Caramalised apple, ginger bread)
Dinner - Wild salmon salad with cider vinegar dressing ( avocado (4 syns) cue, tom, Red pepper, mint leaves)
Exercise - 15 km exercise bike
Total syns = 10

Monday 7th December 2015

Breakfast - 30gr oats (HexB)with banana, milk (HexA), sorinkled with cinamon, 2 large cups of ginger bread tea
Snack - 3 apples
Lunch - M&S beet & quiona and giant coscous with chickpeas & almond salad (4 syns?), 2 large caramel tea
Dinner - Egg, potato & carrot chips with coconut oil (6 syns), tea
Exercise - 2 miles walk
Total syns = 10

Mini goal = 7 lbs by 25th December

Breakfast - 30gr oats (HexB), milk (HexA), apple, 10gr cranberries (1.5 syns), 2 large cuos of melted fudge tea
Snack - 2 large cup of cramalised apple tea, black coffee, skinny latte & skinny capacino muller, galey hot choc (5 syns)
Lunch - Meat ball salad ( mince beef & spices, lettuce, tom, cue, coriander), cider vinegar dressing (2 syns), 2 large cups of caramel tea
Snack - more green tea, piece of coconut ( 2 syns), ff youghrt & frozen fruit sprinkled with 1 tsp brown sugar (1syn), 3 large cups of ginger bread tea
Exercise - 1 mile walk, 10km exercise cycle
Total syns = 11.5

Breakfast - bowl of Red fruits with ff youghrt, 2 large mugs of melted fudge tea
Lunch - pasta with mince beef, onion, garlic, tomato, bacon & a big salad ( cue, tom, salad leaves, Red pepper), cheese (HexA), salad dressing (2 syns), 2 large mugs of ginger bread tea)
Dinner - 2 squares (HexB+ 6 syns), cheese (6 syns), salad, 3 tsp sugar (3 syns)
Exercise - 1 mile walk
Total syns = 17

Breakfast - WM roll (HexB + 4 syns), slice of ham, banana
Snack - punet of grapes, packet of wheat snack (5syns)
Dinner - spag bol that a friend had cooked hence no pictures. Think they made from scratch.
Snack - 3 cups of melted fudge tea, 3 squares of smarties (5.5 syns)
Exercise - up & down the stairs 20-25 times
Total syns = 14.5

Lunch - Ham salad ( salad leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, peppers), dressing (2 syns), bahji bread (HexB+3 syns), 3 cups of ginger bread tea
Snack - 1 sweet crepe (9 syns), black coffee
Dinner - leftover spag bol, salad ( leaves, basil, coriander, pepper, tom, cue), 3 cups of ginger bread tea, clementine

Snack - small piece of swiss roll (10 syns), black coffee
Lunch - last of leftover spag bol, chili sauce (1 syn)orange
Snack - 3 cups of melted fudge tea, satsumas
Dinner - Ham sakad ( leaves, basil, coriander, tom, cue, pepper), vinegarette (2 syns), square (HexB), cheese (HexA), banana, 3 cups of ginger bread tea
Exercise - 1/2 mile walk

Dinner - smoked fish, tender stem broccoli, chips made with coconut oil
Snack - ginger tea, diet pepsi to quash thirst from smoked fish
Exercise - mile walk

Hi Rosielea, your food diary is looking good. :). I was under the impression we can have 35 g of (plain) oats? Unless I am mistaken? :)

Lovely to see you are back too. How are you doing. I am trying very hard, cut down on my portions & doing exercise but not losing much. Hoping to lose a few pounds by xmas (10 days). Have a fab day and let me know how you are doing.

Snack - Apple, banana, satsume
Lunch/dinner - homemade burgers, 1 slice cheese (1/2HexA), chips made with 1tbsp olive oil, pickled veg ( cabbage, green tom, carrot, chili), salad (leaves, tom, cue, peppers), 1tbsp vinegrette (2 syns), 1 tbsp chili sauce (1syn)
Snack - 3 cuos ginger bread tea, apple, orange, satsume, 3 squares smarties choc (5.5 syns), packet of wheat snack (4.5 syns)
Exercise - up & down stairs many times as it was heavy rain so going out was out of question, 1/2 mile walk when rain stopped

Dinner - Duck, roat potato, sweet potato, tender stem broccoli
Snack - orange, lichie, mango ( just tried but not good so in the bin), 2 cups melted toffee tea, packet of wholegrain bites (4.5 syns)
Exercise - up & down stairs a few times as raining and no option for going fir a walk
