Inbetween: 30g cheddar, 3 brazil nuts

Love green beans and mash but omg how I dislike liver and bacon. But good to see your actually having an evening meal.

I haven’t had it for ages but it’s a good source of iron, it was ok.

I’ve not eaten it since childhood and that was only once I hated it and I’ve never had it again.

Lunch: smoked salmon, poached eggs, fried cherry toms and a side salad
Dinner: curried parsnip soup. Coriander and lime chicken, with new potatoes and roasted carrots and roasted cauliflower. Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, raspberry’s and few crushed nuts and honey.
snack: apple and a few rainbow drops.

I have been away for a couple of days so

Sunday was sausage and chips. slice of sponge.
Monday
Lunch --- sausage sandwich,pom bear,alpro dessert.
Dinner --- bacon sandwich,banana
Tuesday
Lunch--- Chicken sandwich,2 lemon muffins,banana,pom bear
Dinner--- Chicken nuggets,Wholegrain pilau rice.Alpro dessert
