Hi guys ,
Well i have enrolled on the LT program today, i met a lady who had been on the diet for 5 months and lost 6 st she looked amazing and said she felt great because the weight loss has been immensely
beneficial in terms of her high blood pressure and diabetes. She showed me some before pictures and you wouldn't think that she was the same woman.
I can wait to just feel comfortable in my own skin again..... not to be noticed when i walk in a room but to blend in how sad is that ... i really feel like i will get there this time. I wish you all every success in your weight loss... love jen x
