    well my mum and sister have very kindly signed me up to the gym:cry: we are all going for our induction at 10 am today so please wish me luck:D

    You might find you enjoy it a old boyfriend dragged me and I resisted but once I got into the swing of it I loved going and took out a membership when I left uni. Sadly I decided it was too expensive and gave it up.

    If your gym has a sauna and steam room its worth going just for that.

    just got back and it wasnt as bad as i thought.

    it is a small family run gym with nothing fancy really. we did 10 mins on the treadmill, rower,cross trainer and the bike. to be honest i was cream crackered at the end lol.

    it only cost £20 a month and you can go when ever so me and my sister are going to go mon,wed, fri for the next 3 weeks before holiday

    so pleased as today ive done 40mins of exercise:D

    Congrats jenny, i love the bike and i do try on cross trainer, but i find the treadmill boring cos im walking and getting no where and i dont run, so glad you enjoyed it and i find our leisure center is expensive but cos i cant work cos im a carer for son, i can go gym or swimming for a quid a time so that suits me.

    Soon you will be doing spinning body pump and combat they are brilliant and omg you defo knackered after that hehe good luck hun

    i went again this morning :D:D

    another 40 mins of exercise surely its got to help with the weight loss. the owner did say we should try to do 30 mins on one machine but im thinking ive not done exercise for years so what im managing to do has got to benefit me really :D

    and you're right, any exercise is good exercise at the end of the day!
