The journey has begun!

First weigh in and im 2lb down:) Quite pleased with this as i haven't been hungry all week have excercised and feel more toned already. I only have one problem althoughmy fluid and fibre intake has increased im not going to the loo very often!! Any advice greatly recieved pleased.

So week two is ahead could be tricky as i celebrate my 30th birthday on Thursday but have decided to have a meal at home with hubby instead of going out so should be able to keep some control.

I hope to lose 1lb this week.
