Hello i have been going to Slimming World now for 5 weeks and have lost 16.5lb. Very pleased and do feel like it is working and i have my head fully into it.

I am going to do my Diary which may look a little different because i write mine in Free Food, Superfree Food and Syns. But i will but into Breakfast Lunch and Dinner too.

Breakfast
2 x 400g toast with Butter
Activia Peach 0% yogurt
Necterine

Lunch
Tuna and Egg Salad
lettuce, carrot, peppers
Activia Peach 0% yogurt

Dinner
TBA

Snacks
Raw Carrots
Strawberry

HEA = 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (for Tea) HEB = 2 x 400g Bread
Free Food = 2 x Activia Yogurt 0% Peach, Tuna in Brine, Boiled Egg,
Super Free Food = Strawberry, Necterine, Raw Carrot, Lettuce, Carrot, pepper,
Syns = Butter (2), Fruit Pastel Ice Lolly (3)
 
For dinner I had:-
Ham, new potatoes, egg, sweetcorn, gherkins, mixed lettuce leafs. :)

hi yeah i do go to the meetings on a saturday morning. love it. really good class. x
