Hi all

After having weight loss surgery 5yrs ago and loosing 11 stone and fluctuating for the last year I have 6.5st to go so joined slimming world on Thursday.

Feel very motivated.

Food diary for day 1 - Friday 28th April

Breakfast: 2 slices of 50/50 - 6 syns
3 eggs scrambled - free
1 whole tin of chopped tomatoes-free

Mid morning snack: banana - free

Lunch: 1 pack mushroom stir fry - free
4 extra mushrooms free
1 pack of Beansprouts - free
Dark soy sauce - free

Dinner:
4 meatballs made from 23% fat mince - 7 syns
Pasta - free
Syn free Sauce made from passata, tomato puree, garlic puree, mixed herbs and sweetener
40g 30% less fat cheese heA

Total: 13 syns and 1 healthy extra A

After breakfast I had to do the sw shop as I had joined on impulse the night before. Hence the 50/50 as it's all we had but now I have thins.

Breakfast:
Banana - free
Clementine -free

Lunch: 1 jacket potato - free
1 tin of tuna in brine - free
Quark - free
Sweetcorn - free
Lemon juice, salt and pepper

Dinner:
2 sw sausages - free
Sw chips - free
2 eggs - free
Baked beans - free
Mushrooms - free
Dessert: eton mess made with natural fat free yoghurt, strawberries, sweetener, meringue nest 2.5 syns

2 alpen light bars - hexb

Snacks:
1 box of hello panda - 6.5
1 freddo caramel - 4.5
Savoury homemade rice - free

Total: 13.5 syns and 1 healthy extra b (oops no room for hexA)

Wow, you are amazing - what an achievement losing all that weight already.

Hi Louisa,

Your food diaries look fab, I find it really helps writing everything down. I have a tatty little note book that I put my food in every day, even if I've been a pig.
When is your weigh-in day? I hope you get a great loss this week, it really does boost you mentally when the reality of the second and third weeks kick in. I'm keeping everything crossed for you hun xx
