The latest food directory

I've got a copy of the Food Directory 2008/9. What's the latest one out, and is it much different to my one (should I get it)? Ta!!!

The food directory is out of date even before it hits the class just because syn values change all the time, so your one will be well out of date by now. The new one is the 2011 edition.

I personally dont like the food directories, they are never up to date and syn values have changed already since the 2011 has come out.
Also I cant seem to find what im looking for in them so much prefer to use syns online or ask a friend to check for me if im out shopping lol xxx
