The new high proteine diet?

Hey guy's, hows it goin?
I just wondered if anyone had read this book (the new high proteine book by Dr Charles Clark) as I have just bought it.
I thought it would be useful when I come of my shakes, although Im not sure weather I would have to do a week or so of the diet and then go onto the maintenence diet or go straight onto maintenence. Any advise would be nuch appreciated.:wave_cry:

Best to go onto refeed for a couple of weeks. Sounds like it could be a bit like Atkins, which is high protein and very little carbs.

I would think it is always best to do proper refeed for at least couple of weeks. Book sounds interesting let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the replies guys, suppose Im slightly worried about refeed and really want to do the right thing going forward.
I think carbs are my main problem so want a diet that is low in carbs.
