The only diet ive ever stuck to

I started the cambridge weight plan exactly 12 weeks ago (step 1 sole sourse) and have lost a total of exactly 4 stone. I am absolutely over the moon this is the most success I have ever had on any diet. It's been tough at times (especially the no drinking, I miss going to the pub of a weekend and socialising) but I am so glad I made the decision to go for it. I have started on step 2 today, I am still 2 stone 12 pound from goal so may decide to go back down to step 1 after a week I will see how I get on.
Would like to hear how others have got on especially with moving up the steps when getting closer to goal.
 
Hi DizzyChick. Just seen this.

I lost 8 1/2 stone on a vlcd. I regained most of it as i wasnt focussed on creating a new way to live. Unhappiness at home and depression meant I started eating unhealthy again and didn't stop.

So transitioning and maintaining you success is really key.
