Right I'm sick of the 3lbs I can't lose! I've been faffing about since September now...it ends here!

So here is the challenge if anyone chooses to accept it after their weigh in for a week. Must start after weigh in for the whole week to the next weigh in so we can see truly if it works:

8 Superfree
2 Superspeed

To be consumed daily. Post each day here, more than this is even better! The 2 superspeed are a big challenge for sure! There is only a handful of SS foods I like so looks like a boring week of melon and strawberries to snack on for me!

Day 1 for me starts Wednesday! Good luck everyone ^^,

Hey guys, yay would be nice to have someone else to eat copious amounts of fruit and veg with!

Today:

Strawberries (SS)
Lettuce, carrot and spring onions ( Sx 2)
Apple (S)
Half a melon (SS)
Satsumas ( S x3)
Pear (S)
Grapes (S)

I hate eating breakfasts half the time, but I've just forced myself to eat half a melon. That was painful to do! But I'm focusing on the prize result from eating superspeed.....!!

I shall put my list on here later, but the day hasn't ended yet. I weighed at SW today and was a maintain at 11.6.5 my aim is to be 3 lbs lighter by this time next week:cool:
Looking at your list not sure I will be able to make the super speed but the speed should be doable.

Polyanna there's only a couple of superspeed I'd eat, so I stocked up on strawberries, loads of melons and also haddock and coley (type of fish). I can eat half a melon easily but it counts as two servings at least I believe!

Today:

Half a melon = 2 SS
Coley x 2 = 2 SS.

= 4 servings of superspeed!

3 satsumas
2 apples
2 carrots
1 lettuce
1 spring onion serving
Handful of grapes

= 10 servings of speed food! =)

Feeling good today, think the challenge is helping! Also hoping after my maintain that this challenge works to get 3lbs off next Tuesday. Fingers crossed! 4 1/2 days to go!

It's weird how this is the fullest I've felt for ages! Actively reaching for fruit instead and counting it seems to help me at least, I've had 9 syns today and not only not sure what else I'd spend the rest on, but don't even feel that hungry =) I did have a huuuuge jacket potato for dinner with my fish tho! ;) now the real challenge is how well I'll eat on my day off tomorrow! Notoriously eat terribly my days off work lately.

What melon did you get? I got two galia and two cantaloupes. :)

Honeydew, I'm going to have it with porridge in a minute. Off out today so I think I will take a mugshot in a thermos and plenty of fruit with me.
