Lunch
Bacon, egg, tomatos,

Snack
ff yogurt, 28g porridge oats (hexb) banna, honey (2 syns) + one roses sweet (2 syns)

Dinner
turkey, beef, gammon, mini yorkshire (2 syns) stuffing (2 syns) 2 roasties (2 syns) gravy (1 syn)

Total syns 15 (very filling day)
Plus 12 syns for 3 cadbury biscuits things (just having 7 syns a day for the rest of the week)
