Hey everyone, I'm Lou. I joined the site in 2011 on a health kick, stuck at it, then, as so often happens, fell out of touch with it. So here i am over 2 years later, ready for round two, with plenty of extra pounds to be shedding. I look forward to speaking to you all as we share our goals and triumphs and everything that goes with it!
