if you havent got one of these lil beauts my advice is get one they are fab. once you read the book and set it up you will never have to do it again its such a clever lil device. i purchased mine once we had done a class about them and i thought yeah ok ill give it a go so thursday i set it up and popped it on my waist and went on with my day that night i had a zumba class so i set it for active and away i went the end of the class i looked at it and realised i had earned 19 yes 19 propoints 11 was just from zumba i was amazed i didnt use them as when i got it it was bedtime but i went to bed very happy lol :D yesterday i earned 3 points not a very active day but 3 points is a blue ribband chocolate lmao although ive not actually used the points im earning at the minute cause i dont see the point lol so hopefully big loss for me because of this lil device ive been leaving my car at home and walking to the school to pick the kids up you would be surprised how these steps add up to earned points it shocked the hell outter me lol  :D

anyway just thought i would share hope your all having a fab and happy dieting day and remember eat but dont cheat lololol xxx

This sounds fab! How much are they? I walk 3 miles a day too and from work and have never counted the points.

Thanks for the post, sometimes I wonder if the stuff they sell is worth it but this sounds like its good so will give it a try!
I think they are discounted at the moment so even better :)
