I was just wondering why tea and coffee has to be black? as you have a skimmed milk allowance and also ive heard your only allowed to have one tea / coffee a day, why is this ( if its true)

Which plan are you following? On SS you aren't allowed milk, hence the black tea & coffee, on 790 you can have half a pint of skimmed milk a day to add to your tea & coffee or make up in your shakes if you prefer your drinks black. No limit on how many you can have either, but try to have them in addition to your 2.25 litres of water a day

Ooh I love my black tea now, after SSing I couldn't bear the thought of having it with milk in again, funny how your tastes change. i think the secret with black tea is to have it weak so that it's not bitter.
