HEB 28g Porridge and 1 ryvita

S = mullerlight yogurt

Lunch = prawns, LF natural cottage cheese,sweetcorn, peppers and onion.

Tea = Baked Potato, sweetcorn, and 2 Laughing Cow Light triangles
Mullerlight yogurt

Syns
Triangles = 3
Curly Wurly = 6
1 Teaspoon sugar = 1

Does this sound ok

Lunch = Pasta with salad and low fat natural cheese
Curly wurly (6)

Tea = egg omelette with beans and chicken slices (3)
mullerlight and an apple.

1 slice of bread (4)
must reduce syns tomorrow slightly
