hi all, im 21 and considering starting the w8 diet. i've been steadily putting on weight going from a size 10 -16 in 4 years. i have pcos and find it really hard to lose weight even though i excercise. My mum in law has lost 5 stone on the lighter life diet and looks fantastic! he recommended this one to me as she had heard it was a bit cheaper and their was more choice. could anyone elaborate and let me know the principles some of the food items and a bit abou its success rate. Im really focused and want to start immediately.
