Thinking if starting sf

Hi all i weigh 20stone and am 5ft10 26 with 3 kids and have tryed every diet going so after a bit of thought I think this is the 1 for me I'm going get the stuff this week end and start Monday!! Any tips or hints would be gratefull and any special offers thanks

The sf products are on offer in Asda at the minute. I'd say drink lots of water to keep away hunger pangs. I didn't find It as hard as I thought doing it would be but it does get easier after the first few days x
