thinking of doing CD..

    i am new to this section of minimins but have been on lipotrim for 4 weeks. Lost 1.8st in 4 weeks. i am thinking of starting CD Sole sourse. the reason is that the 4th week of having a small evening meal appeals to my doctor. He has no objection to CD where with LT he is a bit apprehensive. Do you really lose 1 st. per every 3 weeks? what happens in the 4th week when you eat something? Do you gain or stay the same at WI? Can anyone with experience help please? much appreciated.:wave_cry:

    It's actually the fifth week that you can add the meal. I've no experience of Lipotrim, but from what I can work out, it's very similar to CD apart from the add a meal bit. I think too that there's a much bigger selection of flavours to choose from on CD - that's certainly one of the reasons I chose it.

    I'd say that to lose a stone every 3 weeks is a little unrealistic. Average weight losses are more like 3-4 pounds per week - so in 3 weeks you could lose 9-12 pounds.

    In the week that you add a meal, you're still likely to lose weight - it doesn't add on that many calories (because, LOL, it's not exactly a substantial meal :D)

    I'd certainly give it a go - but I'm biased, LOL. One thing's for sure, the forum crowd here on CD are fab - there's always someone around to answer your question.

    I've been doing SS+ since about week 4 and have found it fine. My losses have worked out at about 1 stone every month. Its nice knowing you can have a little something, gives me something to look forward to.
    I have a lovely CDC as well which makes doing the diet even better x

    Thanks guys. I have 5days to decide what to do.If I chose CD you will see me here a lot more. My CDC lives very far away and I can only get WI,s every 2 weeks, but that wont put me off!!!

    I only have weigh in's every two weeks. Its good because if theres any probs with water retention or anything these have usually evened itself out after the two weeks x
